Mango mousse is a creamy and delicious dessert.
They are light and airy in texture and not excessively sweet. This exotic and
rich dessert mango mousse is very simple, effortless and made with 3 main
ingredients fresh cream, mangoes and sugar. This mango mousse, is creamy and
heavenly with the gorgeous aroma and color of the mangoes and just melts in
your mouth.
Ingredients
Mangoes – 2 cups mango puree( I used Alphonso Mangoes)
Fresh Cream – 1cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Method:
1.Peel the skin and chopped mangoes in a mixer jar add
sugar. Blend until smooth, set aside.
2.Take the mixing bowl add it fresh cream and beat
until fluffy, just soft peak is enough. Do not over beat.
3.Now add mango pulp into fresh cream whisk it well
for even mixing.
4.Now take your serving glass. Spoon mango puree into
the serving cup as the bottom layer.
5.Then spoon fresh cream mango mixture into it as the
second layer.
6.Add chopped mangoes for garnish and rest in the
refrigerator for at least at least for an hour before serving.
7. Top with cherries
or mint.
