Chaat is an integral
part of Indian cuisine and this Indian street food is loved by all. Dahi Puri
is my all-time favorite Chaat. It is a dish made from crispy mini shells or
puris which are stuffed with potatoes, boiled pulses, coriander and tamarind
chutney, chilled Dahi and garnished with heaps of nylon sev, coriander giving
it a perfectly balanced tongue tickling taste. The crunchiness of the puris
paired with the tangy curd is a heavenly treat for your taste buds. This chaat
recipe can easily be prepared at home in a jiffy. Here is my version of
homemade dahi puri.
