Vegetable Chop &Broiled Tomatoes

Vegetable Chop

The dish has gone from few vegetables to my many, and whatever you have in the house works well. I have never had a recipe for this, so all amounts are approximate and you should feel free to add more of what you like and less of what you don't. If you have some other additions, please share them. Here's myrecepie:

Ingredients:

Onions: 1
Boiled Peas : ½ Cup
Beetroot: 1 Cup
Cauliflower: 1 Cup
Bread Crumbs: 1 Cup
Boiled Potatoes: 1 Cup
Chopped carrots: 1 Cup
Corn Flour: 1 Cup
Pepper: 1 Tsp
Ground Black Pepper: ½ Tsp
Turmeric: ½ Tsp
Red Chilly: ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: s1 Tsp
Green Chillies: 1 Tsp
Resins: 3 Tsp
Lemon Juice: 2 Tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil:


Method:

1.Boil&Blend All The Vegetables In A Blender
2.In A Pan Heat Oil And Add Ginger, Garlic Paste And Saute It
3.Now Add Red Chilly, Turmeric, Pepper, Black Pepper, And Green Chilies
4.Now Add Salt, Ground Vegetables, Resins, Lemon Juice, And Then Heat It For Sometime
5.Now Add Bread Crumbs And Make Dough Out Of It
6.Now Dip The Dough In The Corn Flour And Bread Crumb To Coat And Deep Fry
and serve hot.


Broiled Tomatoes

Dress up any meal with Broiled Tomatoes. Serve this healthy and tasty side dish with your breakfast your lunch or with your dinner.. Simply delicious

Ingredients:

Ripe, red tomatoes-4

Butter-2tbsp

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

cheese, grated


Slice top and bottom off of tomatoes. Slice each tomato in half, yielding two thick slices. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Spread margarine over slices. Combine all dry ingredients and sprinkle evenly over slices. Top with cheese. Broil until browned, grill, or bake
