When I want to cook something quick and yet 'chatpat' that will make simple food delicious this is one thing that comes to my mind. I saw this recepie in one tv cooking show. One can eat it as it is or as a side dish with daal rice,chappati,puri or as a snack in all combinations this tastes yummy :)
Ingredients:
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ Tsp
Red Chilli Powder -½ Tsp
Garam Masala -½ Tsp
Powdered Dried Mango (Amchur Powder) -½ Tsp
Gram Flour2 Taste
Chopped Coriander Leaves -1 Cup
Raw Banana -3
Oil -2 Tbsp
Bay Leaf -½
Method:
1.Take Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder And Chilli Powder In A Mixing Bowl.
2.Also Add Hot Spice Mix (garam Masala), Salt, Gram Flour And Chopped Coriander Leaves.
3.Now Coat The Length Wise Chopped Raw Banana Pieces With This Mixture.
4.Heat Oil In A Pan And Roast Bay Leaf.
5.Now Add The Spice Coated Banana Pieces And Cook.
6.Also Add The Remaining Spice Mix, A Little Water And Cook
7.Green Banana Fry Is Ready To Serve.
